Flydubai announce new rewards program

The low-cost carrier launched its loyalty program as the aviation sector competition heats up. The program is designed to make earning and spending points simple, the Dubai carrier said. 

We've designed this rewards programme to be less restrictive and instantly rewards," said the chief executive, Ghaith Al Ghaith. "It is transparent and straight to the point. That is why we call it Open." 

Middle East hotels sees 9% revenue drop in Q3

Hotels in the Middle East saw declines in both revenue and occupancy rates in the third quarter of 2016, with absolute average daily rate (ADR) the lowest on record, according to the latest research from STR. 

The World's Shortest International Flight 

In less time than it takes to get through airport security, travelers can now fly internationally. The flight between Switzerland and Germany made world records on Wednesday and will operate twice daily and cost 40 Euros or AED162 for one-way.
